The basic elements of the line are:
- a concrete reservoir with a dosing mechanism using a conveyor belt
- a batching and vibrating station with adjustable moulds
- a receiving station which returns the emptied moulds on a turntable
- a feeding system for covering boards
- a flipping and emptying station using a vertical turntable
- the prepared blocks are placed on a previously prepared board
- a set of tables for receiving the block loaded boards, preparing them for transport to the concrete curing area
The types of blocks produced can be set individually.
