The machine consists of:
- a loading station for sheet metal forms including a magnetic separator
- a feed system for sending blanks to the cutting press
- a hydraulic press for cutting frame corners and technical perforations
- an inline transport system
- a one-stop shaping section
- a shaping and reinforcing system, using either compression or electrofusion welding
Sizes are adjustable on demand.
